These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website alexapps.net and the mobile apps provided by AlexApps.Net Co ("we", "us"), together our "products". By accessing or using our products, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
Use of Our Products
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products for your personal, non-commercial purposes. - Generate fraudulent ad impressions or clicks, or otherwise manipulate the ads shown in our products.
- Upload or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
Your Content
Some of our products let you enter or record information, such as drawings, text, or statistics. You are responsible for that content and must have the rights to use it. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and provide the products to you. We don't guarantee that your content will be stored permanently, so keep your own copy of anything that matters to you.

Our products, including their design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
Our products are free and supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties, including Google AdSense, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and Liftoff. Our products may also contain links to third-party websites and services. We don't control and are not responsible for third-party ads, content, products, or services, and your dealings with them are solely between you and the third party.
Health and Safety
Information provided by our products, including fitness and workout statistics, is for general informational and entertainment purposes only and is not medical, professional, or safety advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. Use our products with care and don't use them in situations where doing so could distract you or put you or others at risk.
App Stores
If you download our apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that store's applicable terms. These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple or Google, and Apple and Google are not responsible for our apps or their content. For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any kind of warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to our products shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use them, which is zero for our free products. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of our products, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our products at any time without notice. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our products at any time by closing the website and uninstalling the apps.
